Hello Seniors

I will have a baby born in canada in june 2010 My wife is with me in canada as a spouse. Currently i m applying under BC PNP For semi slilled pilot project.

Currently the LICO for 2010 for 2 people is CAD 27601 and for 3 people is CAD 33933.

Do i have to mention annual salary approx $ 27601 or $ 33933 to qualify Under LICO?

I find following note somewere is this true?
"If your child was born in Canada or if one of its parents is a Canadian citizen, the child is therefore a Canadian citizen. If that is the case, you do not need to add the child to your application, no medical examination or fee is required. You must, however, send us a copy of his or her birth certificate".
