I am Canadian by descent who was born and raised in the philippines.never been to Canada. Also, i am a four year course undergrad (finance) here in the philippines. When i get to Canada in the near future, i want to pursue further education. Do u suggest for me to get ielts inorder to be accepted in the university?
 
So you already have a Canadian passport and therefore will not need a study permit ? As for IELTS impossible to answer given different colleges have different entry requirements so pick a course/ college and see what their entry requirements are.
 
Will be applying for canadian passport soon.

I just thought that ielts is mandatory for study permit only. Generally, Not as school requirement, is it?
