Canadian Born Baby ? Should baby be included in post ITA application ?

Hello Friends,

One of my best friends who is a citizen of India has received his ITA today.

As he is not good in English (can barely speak), so I am posting a question on his behalf.

He has a Canadian born baby with Canadian passport, while he and his wife are Indian citizens.

While filing out post ITA form, it asks a question :

Is your child included in the application ?

Should he answer it as Yes or No ?

I told him to go for 'No' as baby is already a Canadian citizen, but I wanted to double check with you guys as I don't want to take any blame later on.
