Just got my ITA and I need to upload proof of education. For my Canadian University degree, can I just upload the scanned Degree certificate paper or do I need to upload my official transcript?

I would merge them into a single PDF. You might also be able to get a Confirmation of Degree letter from your University through your online account.

In my case I submitted a scanned copy of my official transcripts, my scanned diploma and a Confirmation of Degree letter issued by my University (for my Master's degree)
