Hi ,

I have got the Canadian PR cards , now have to get a Job.

I have an offer from recruiting firm based in Boston, MA. Its Telecommute job I can work from home i.e, Toronto, Canada . All I need is telephone & Internet. that co. had interviewed me & now they wanted to make an offer. but their question is how do I get paid ?

a) Overseas employee : Run Payroll & deposit in USA bank Account the USA salary with all USA deductions & taxes .
b) open their branch in toronto canada & hire me as their canadian employee
c) I open a company & Invoice that Boston company for my services. inturn I have to run my salary, Deduction & pay taxes.

please advise
