Hi,
I have applied for ITA through express entry profile and I have received the ITA. But I have one doubt regarding my Canada work experience:
During filling my profile they asked me my Canada work experience duration and I have mentioned it as 9th August 2013-24th July 2014 which they have accepted and calculated the score based on that. I have seen in cic site that they need 30hours/week and total of 1560 hours of work in a year to be eligible to claim the experience. As per my experience letter and my company policy I used to work for 40hours/week . So based on that calculation my work hours is coming more than desired 1560 hours. So will they consider my Canada work experience of 1 year during calculation of my work experience and document verification? Please let me know.

You are 2-3 weeks short of having a 1 year of Canadian work experience. You must have 52 separate weeks where you worked at least 30 hours per week. Extra hours worked cannot be carried over to make up missing weeks. There is some small chance this will be overlooked. The chances are higher that IRCC will say you do not have a full year of Canadian work experience and cannot claim these points.

Thanks for your reply. I am technically 10-11 working days sort but my total working hours are coming more than 1560. So if they dont consider it by how much time I can come to know about it? Also if I don't get considered for ITA can I apply for PNP programmes now?
BTW you were told back in August that you don't have a full year of Canadian work experience. Answer hasn't changed.

Yes I got the answer so I didn't apply for ita back then. But after seeing the total hours of work I was wondering if it will be considered or not since my total hours of work is coming more than 1560 hours which mentioned in the site.
