I gave my bio-metrics for Canada visitor visa, however, it still shows that there is action required from my end. I have a couple of friends who gave on the same day and got a confirmation that they received the bio-metrics. My wife who is on the same application as mine also gave her fingerprints at the same time and her application got updated that bio-metrics were received. I have the following questions -
1. Was anyone in a similar situation before?
2. Do you know if there is a helpline number for Canada visitor visa?
3. Is there a way that I can link my wife's application to a new account so that my Visa application processing won't delay hers. ( FYI, I'm the primary applicant of the application)
