Hi. I came to Canada on Visitor this January 2023. So my I'm allowed to stay till July 2023( 6 months). I'm planning a one week trip to US next week. When I return back to Canada from the US, can I continue to stay 6 months more? Can someone please clarify?

Depends if CBSA lets you in and they determine how long you can stay. Since you have been in Canada for 6 months, and only leaving for a week, CBSA may think you are trying to live here. So it is possible you are denied entry or given a short visit.
