i am indian with Omani resident permit. i tried to get Australia tourist visa two times but failed. That because department is not professional and egoistic. i don't want to visit this country of criminals.
i want to apply for Canada tourist visa with single entry.
So should i apply and should i mention visa refusals of Australia in Canada TRV application ? what if i don't write ?
If you don't mention the refusals, Canadian immigration will make a finding of misrepresentation (lying), refuse your application and then ban you from entering Canada for two years.

Visitor Form has
========================
Check the box to indicate if you have ever:
remained beyond the validity of your status, attended school without authorization or worked without authorization in Canada.
been refused any kind of visa, admission or been ordered to leave Canada or any other country.
If you checked “Yes” to one of the above questions, provide details.

I thought this pertains to "been ordered to leave" Canada or it applies to the whole thing

I googled and saw few posts from this site where some thought the same way I did, that it's for the ordered part only but I guess, when they say any kind of visa, they just don't mean any Canadian visa - its global

Ah - I see what you're asking. Sorry for misunderstanding.
Yes - the question is most certainly global. They aren't just asking about Canada. They are asking if you ever been deported, refused a visa, etc. anywhere.
