I have got two refusals from UAE
I also have no hope as one of my friend’s visa got rejected last month and the reason was weak ties to home country. What was yours?

Hello Sikha Pillai,
It is better to apply from one's home country than applying from the UAE. From observations, the refusals from the UAE are disturbing. It is not impossible but it seems to be difficult to see many applications getting approved on one try.
Since you applied in September, it is still early to be worried. However, there is no harm in monitoring your application. When you decide to request your GCMS notes, you can consider requesting them at
GCMSWriters.com or reach them via Instagram/Twitter: @GCMSWriters. Be proactive.

Same reasons for me. Have you studied in one of the Universities here. I was born and brought up in Dubai
I have only work experience in dubai. Completed all my studies back in India only. My husband is working in Uae since 2012 and I kept him as my sponsor. It’s mentioning sop attached with his signed financial support declaration letter. Also my 5 yr old daughter is studying here.

Oh ok, I have just graduated recently graduated in May 2021 from Dubai, had confirmed admission in one of the universities in Canada, age 22 years, still rejected
In that case I believe your visa will be approved if you re-apply with valid proofs that you will leave the country after studies. Fingers crossed.
I have got two refusal, based on immigration status and ties to home country. Applied for GCMS notes, awaiting for it
Ohh okay. Then it’s better to apply from your home country for the third time. However it’s always good to get advise from a certified Canadian consultant regarding this.
i applied with spouse on 10 sep from Duabi, bio on 14th sep.... Abu Dhabi office percentage of approval is 5% for UAE residents so mostly chance are refusals , my husband is engr and working in dubai since 2013 and me also engr working here since 2017, child studying in dubai, we both have previously studied abroad, husband in UK and me in Italy for my master degree, we hope we will get visas but when we imaging abu dhabi then its dark dream. Let see what happens with us
Ohh that’s great dear. Wish you all the best
