I attended masters at McGill for one semester in 2010 and due to some health issues i returned back to my country and after recovery i moved to switzerland for my masters, now i have been accepted to University of Calgary for my PhD. How can i prove the immigration officer that i was having a valid reason for which i couldn't pursue my masters in Canada and what happens if i apply for my study permit renewal without actually obtaining a degree from canada (I mean from McGill) My permit is Valid till July 2013.
And also this time i will apply for Canada visa from Switzerland with my masters degree.
