I applied for a Canadian Study Permit in October 2020 - (University Master's Degree) SDS Category and my Application is Still In-Progress with IRCC with no decision on it as of yet. Initially, my Degree start date was JAN 2021 but due to No decision on my Application, I defer to SEP 2021.
Meanwhile, I got a job offer from a German company that is willing to Sponsor my German Residence Permit Application. My start date for the Job is May 2021 and my job Location will be Berlin, Germany.
I want some advice as to what should I DO with my Canadian Visa application now.
Is it mandatory to withdraw my Canadian Visa file, before submitting the German Residence Permit application?
German Residence Permit Application Forms DO NOT ask for any information related to other country visas. And as in my situation, I do not have any decision on my Canadian Study Permit Application.
Please advise me, should I withdraw the Canadian File or I can keep that in progress as well while Submitting the German Residence Permit.

I believe since German application forms DO NOT ask for any other country visas/rejections, it's not required to state to them. I wish if there was a similar german visa forum where I can ask but I don't find it, haha.
Do you know any similar case. Do let me know if you saw any similar cases on this forum.

@scylla I have another important question in my mind and I'd appreciate it if you can answer this one as well.
Let's say I apply for my German Residence Permit and let's assume it Gets Rejected due to some reason.
Now, when I applied for my Canada Study Permit application in October 2020 -- I marked questions for other country rejection as - NO I DON'T HAVE ANY PREVIOUS REFUSALS from any country Which was TRUE on the Date I submitted my application in October 2020
Now, assuming that my German Work Permit application gets refused due to some reason, then can Canada mark me for misrepresentation for hiding a refusal from another country even if it has occurred after submitting the Canada Visa application?
The Information For the question of Refusals from any other countries was Answered TRUTHFULLY on the DATE OF APPLICATION SUBMISSION.
Is this sufficient to be completely truthful to IRCC?
What happens in cases if a particular applicant has another country visa application in his process and he gets a refusal from another country after submitting a Canadian visa application but before a decision is made on his application. Provided the fact that the application was truthful on the date of submission of the application, can he still be charged with MIS-REPRESENTATION?
PR APPLICATIONS USUALLY TAKE A LONG TIME SO CAN YOU PLEASE ALSO PROVIDE ME WITH INFORMATION IN SUCH CASES.
Really appreciate your help.
