10th- 7.2 cgpa
12th - 64% (Medical stream)
B.sc Hotel management - 7.3 cgpa
Ielts- 7 (L-7, R-7, W-6.5, S-6.5)

I applied for canada visitor visa in 2016 but was rejected.
applied for student visa in 2017 ( got rejected again)

Now i wanna apply again.

do you think embassy would want to know why i changed my field of study after 12th? should i write in my SOP?
and what are the chances of visa now ?
