canada student ban

actually i applied for my canada student visa...and i got ban for 5 years but my documents are genuine....and i decided to do wes evaluation and my report for wes is positive.... according to wes my documents are genuine so i lodged my file again for canada student vis and attached my wes report will it remove my ban?

actually i did computer science engg diploma after 10th and then i applied for my canada student visa....nd they said thy your documents are fraudulent and for proving my documents real i also did wes evaluation and the report of it is positive.and i applied again and attached my report in it....will my ban will removed??

No - it will not.

If you were banned, there's no point reapplying within the 5 year period. Your application will be refused due to the ban.

You need to get the ban overturned if you want to be able to apply before the 5 years passes.

Did they tell you it was your school documents that were fraudulent? Were they specific about which document that was fraudulent? Because it may be other documents like bank statement e.t.c but not necessarily your school certificates.

Did they tell you it was your school documents that were fraudulent? Were they specific about which document that was fraudulent? Because it may be other documents like bank statement e.t.c but not necessarily your school certificates.

Good.
Did they give you an opportunity to respond to the fraud allegation? Because normally, they should ask you to respond to their findings. But be that as it may, now that your certificate is found to be genuine, i will advice you contact a lawyer to officially write to IRCC explaining the situation and how they erred in their initial decision. This might be a bit costly but will be worth it!

This procedure will reverse the 5yr ban (very important step) before you put in another application. If not, you will be wasting money for applying over and over again with no positive response

Also remember, a ban is a serious thing. Even after the 5yrs, it will still be difficult to get any entry visa into Canada. They may still see you as a fraudster eventhough the 5yrs is over ( this is just an opinion, not 100% certain)
