Canada Provinces accept CLB Level 6 with 10 years of software development experience

I have got CLB level 6 in IELTS (Listening - 5.5, Reading - 5.5, Writing - 6.5, Speaking 6.5) and am working as a software engineer having 10 years experience in india. I have got total CSR score 374.

Please help me with list of provinces those will accept my application.

I think only SK OID...you can't go any express entry pnp.

Why don't u try another ielts.
