Canada PR landing days

Hello,

I am planning for a PR landing next week through road at the rainbow bridge at Niagra Falls, however i am not sure if there are any specific days when the PR landing process takes place.

I have heard that you can land in Canada by road any days but during summer there are only specific days that they will process your PR documentation, or else they would allow you to get in Canada but for the documentation they will ask you to come back some other days.

Where can i find the days when the CBP officer will process my PR documentation and which days i have to avoid so that i wont hav to come back at the border.

If you are currently living in another country and are moving to Canada for the first time, you can land anytime (24x7). They will process your PR at any time if you are arriving from another country.

I am currently working in USA and plan to travel by Car to Canada, stay there for a week and come back to USA.
