Canada post lost photo requirement letter and the photos.

I've been trying to call to CIC, but it is busy.

So my parter got a letter requiring new sized photos by mail for an initial PR card, took new photos and send them with the letter.
2 weeks later, found out that Canada post lost them.


Thinking to write a letter and send the new photos with it to case centre.

Does anyone have advices on that?

Just send the photos again. You can compose a short letter and let them know that you have sent one batch already, but I don' think it is necessary.

Make sure you have a tracking number this time. Also why don't you use FedEx or DHL or some service that guarantees the delivery? Canada post has a really bad reputation in postal service.

So much hassle doing that town we live...lol

Canada post has a really bad reputation in postal service.

Canada Post has quite an exceptional services. But sh.t could happen. ( I know a story when Fedex lost PASSPORTs which were sent to VO for VISAS!!)

So never ever send anything to the government without trucking number.
