Hi,

I have stayed in Canada from Dec 2013 to April 2014 when my WP expired and i moved back to my home country.

Now, do i need to provide Canada PCC along with my PR application under express entry? Or they might ask for Canada PCC later?

The PCC is required for each country where you have lived for 6 months in row from the age of 18. Dec 2013 to April 2014 is 5 months so you wouldn't need a PCC for Canada.
