canada offer letter

can anyone plz help how can i get an offer letter (arranged employement)from canada.....for software engineer....how many days it will take to get the pr?

Have you found an employer yet? If so, then the employer should follow the instructions on the CIC web site. If not, then you first need to find an employer who is willing to give you a job offer.

It will take months or even possibly years to get PR - not days.
