Dear All, Experts,

I and my wife are working in U.S.A on H1B with valid I-94 but expired visa. We need to complete the Canada landing and return to USA using the Automatic Visa Revalidation (AVR).

I want to write an email to US Custom and Border Protection , whether if we are eligible using AVR based on Valid I-94 but expired visa which we can use it while coming back to U.S. Also my Wife came to U.S. on H4 visa and then converted to H1 Visa. I will be using the Peace Bridge to go to canada and return to U.S.A.

Here is the link.

Did anyone use the above link. Is it appropriate sending such emails.

Thanks.
