Hi,

Any US Non immigrants who applied Canada Intra company work permit from US, please help me to find out the documents needed?

Please tell me whether we need a valid I797 to apply from US.

Hi ,

Your copy of i-94 should suffice the purpose , though if you are on L1B- Blanket , (I-797 are usually indefinite) so you shouldn't have any issue .
