Canada Inland landing timeline

Hey everyone. hope y'all doing Great

Just wanted to get a suggestion from you guys.

Its been over a month since i sent an email to ircc.pra-rvpr.ircc@cic.gc.ca requesting to book for an appointment as i have to get my inland landing done but still haven't received any response yet.

i tried the helpline but no luck reaching them. I got the auto response though right after sending the request email, saying that i should receive a response within 30 days. (but haven;t received anything yet)

Should i wait? or Should i do a flagpole at any nearest border?

Btw, just wanted to understand whats the average timeline that would take to complete inland landing
