Dear All ,

I m trying to migrate to Canada , I m married and Separated from my Spouse (Not Legally) We are separated closer to 2 years and above. I have a kid who stays with my spouse. I will file application (Express Entry) as married only.

I have heard from source that I need to provide my spouse medical and police clearance certificate , where I cant do that since we are not in talking terms.

Please advice on the alternative.

I do not intend to cheat any one , and wanted my application to go as genuine.


1. Should i mention in the EOI as separated (Not on Papers)
2. Any chances the application will get rejected on this basis.
