My application was received by CIC on September 21, 2018. The status shows "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made."
I am worried as the estimated remaining time is in 2-days but I still did not receive any response from CIC.
FYI.
I got married during application processing time, on December 22, 2018 and had submitted supporting documents for my spouse on February 04, 2019
Should I sent an web form to CIC or shall I wait ?

Your processing times look perfectly normal and you should not be expecting that your application will be processed within six months. Adding a spouse to your application typically adds 3-4 months to the overall process. If you only added your spouse in early February, it will likely be May or June before you hear anything from IRCC.

My application was received on Jan-13-2019.
I got married on February 22 and my wife's documents were submitted on April 15th.
My Bio-metrics was completed on March 14 and wife's on April 17th.
After that there is no update.
Now Estimated processing time is : 5 days.
According to @scylla will it add 3-4 months from April 15th or 3-4 months from July 13 ?
(July 13 which was the initial est. completion date).
