Hi All,

How long we can stay in Canada with out job (with out payroll) especially when person is in closed work permit ?

You can remain in Canada without working as long as your work permit is still valid.

Yes - it's legal to remain in Canada as a visitor. However obviously you cannot work.

Thanks for your kind reply. So Do we have to apply for a visit visa again or we can just stay with the stamp we have currently in the passport ?
