Canada Express Entry Profile

Good Day All.
I have challenge in creating online Express Entry Profile.
The instruction says, create and sign in to an account using your online banking login (Sign - In Partner). From the list of sign - In Partners, am not familiar with them.

Please, kindly guide me on how to use Sign - In Partner to create express entry profile account.
