Canada Express Entry procedure & fees

Hello community, please help me out with some of my queries regarding Express entry:

Q1. How much amount do I need to pay before I get ITA while applying for Canada Express Entry?
Q2. Is it worth risking if I have a CSR score of 440?

Q3. Where can I check the lowest CRS Cutoffs for previous years? (while checking online i am getting CEC and PNP scores)

Did you Google any of your questions?

1. There is no fee to create a Express Entry Profile. You just have to pay once you get an ITA and if you decide to actually apply.
2. There are no risks in creating the EE profile.

@miguelca Thanks a lot for your response. I did google it but but found a few contradictory posts and was not sure why one to follow. Appreciate your help!
