Canada closed work permit

Hi,

i'm on Canada closed work permit (valid until Dec 2021). I have come to India on May 1st 2021 while i'm continuing working here till date.

1. Can I stay in India for more than 182 days (post October) while continuing working on my Canada job ?
2. Or If I plan to go back to Canada tomorrow, will I face any problem at the port of entry as my Visa is valid for only another two more months ?

1. Doesn’t matter that you have a permit because you are working outside Canada. Doesn’t count for Canadian experience.
2. Not if you have your employment letter.
