Hello there...My sister in law arrived with a work permit 2 years ago with her child born outside canada...The child now is almost 3 years old.. She just became a PR and her husband came here too as a PR...Can she apply for the child benefits at the time she was under work permit?? Or she can apply only for the time she became a PR?

I already read it, so from what i saw we actually can apply for the time she was work permit.
