Hi,

I have arrived to Canada on 8th march, I have Business Visa (B1) which is of multiple entries.
I had booked returned ticket on 18th March 2012 (that is 6 week duration) and now I am asked to extend it till 2'nd May.
Can I extend my visit till 2'nd May 2012?

my company is saying you can extend it by 2 weeks however I want to confirm with you asap.
I don't have the return date stamped on my passport.

Please let me know if there is any letter required from company for such scenario. for example - Extension of Stay Letter etc.

Thanks in advance.

you can stay maximum of 6 months on business visa if there is not time stamped on passport.

Hi Priyum,

If we stay upto 6 months ....Guess, we might face many issues in getting work permit in future to US or Canada.

Pls let me know...!!
