My husband has got an ITA invite in CEC+Job offer category. Due to Covid, all Canadians jobs are risky. If his job is not valid when they process document (which might be 3-4 months from now and no surety as layoffs etc can happen), his CRS score will fall below last inivte minimal score (as 50 points for job offer).
I am also working in Canada for 1+year now and just now appeared for English test so have a CRS of 443. I don't have any job offer eligible for 50points but working though on open permit.
Does it makes sense for me to create a EE profile of my own just in case i get any invite in future in CEC at CRS of 443 (and don't submit documents till my husband docs are processed).. In case i get an invite at 443 in 2-3 months in CEC category, this will protect for case when my spouse loses job in next 3 months kind. In that case, I can accept my ITA and apply in that.
Is this ok and legal to have both people having EE profile and even get ITA but only 1 person submitting the doucments at a time.
