How to proceed with a new EE profile? This may be a silly question.
My spouse applied for PR under old CEC(Pre 2015) and didn't receive any update from CIC for a long time. Finally in November 2015 we got Medical Request and we completed them on time and there's no update except for an additional line online that they received our MR. Have been waiting since then.
I had an EE profile and I deleted my profile once we received MR on the old application.
I have enough CRS score to get an ITA in the next round of invitation, if I create my EE profile again.
My question: Can we use the same medicals results which we did for my spouse's application.
I am not sure how this works, as there is a barcode and old application number on the MR for our old application.
We did our medicals on 25th November 2015.. which is approximately 2 months.
Can we use them..? if yes how.
We did e-medicals and the clinic gave us confirmation about the medicals completion.
I did my medicals in May 2015 and I know the requirement is to have at least 6 months validity. I made an appointment on Jan 14 to have new ones done Jan 22. When I got to the office I filled out the forms and everything. When the assistant put my information in the system, she realised I had tests done which are still within the 12 month validity. I told her I made a new appointment because I did not want to chance it. She advised me that it is not required that I do new ones at this time, as she has correspondence from an official contact in Ottawa who confirmed (in a few other cases similar to mine) it is okay to submit the existing medicals. I was advised that if anything else is required, the reviewing officer will request a re-assessment which will only consist of chest x-rays.
I am worried that I may run into problems and now I am afraid to submit my application.
