Can we use medical for TRV visa (3 months ago) for PR sponsorship as well? Please help

Hi, My wife has undergone medical shot TRV visa in october 2018 and we got an update in our inland PR sponsorship for my wife to upload medicals.

Can we use the same e-medical report ( which is 4 months old) and if yes, then how can we submit the medical report. We don’t see any option in our profile to upload the application.

My Wife PR application is submitted 7 months ago and now it came to medicals so I’m pretty sure that she will get PR in next few months so I wanted to re-use the same medicals (as they are 12 months valid).

medical is only sent by the panel physician......discuss with the panel physician who did the medical
