After the virus finish and the border re-open...

1) Can the declarant and my common law partner leave and back to Canada during the PR process?

Let say I am holding open bridge permit and my partner was holding visitor record before she leave the country, does my partner need to apply any visa or just come with tourist visa is fine? Does she need to show any documents tothe inmagration ?

2) We did working holiday in Canada for 1 year, do we need to apply criminal record of Canada and the origin country ?
