Can we have two Express entry profiles for Spouse accompanying and Non-accompanying

Whether can we create 2 EE profiles, one as Spouse Accompanying and another one as Non-accompanying? with 2 different user ids. Will it have any conflict.
Please let me know if anyone already did that

With Spouse accompanying getting CRS score of 440
with Non-accompanying getting 445

also loosing 5 points due to age in last week of November 2018
Only have 3 CRS(hopefully) to consider
