All,
I am a Dec applicant. Can anyone tell me if we can give new address while landing??? Or do we have to stick with what is already there with CIC??? Also, presently I live in Quebec, would it be okay if land in a near US-Canada(Quebec) border??
Do the COPR or the stamping on passport restrict us from landing in a Quebec border??
Thank you for taking time to look at this and answer.

I would not land in Quebec because I would not want to see any issue at this stage. I think you want to give new address for PR card delivery right? if yes, you can certainly do that. Think about those who are not in Canada and when they land they give Canadian address not the one they have on ECAS.

Thank you 'canadacec123' for the reply. I am currently in quebec and CIC is aware of this. I would be moving out as soon as my status changes and allows me to work for a new employer. And the border here is about 40 minute drive only. If I face any issue I would try to land in Ontario later.
