Hello,
My spouse is on PGWP in Canada. Someone known to me and my spouse has filed false allegations (assault charges) against us. My spouse applied for PGWP within Canada, declared the charges and got approval. I have never visited Canada. Can I also apply for SOWP or visitor visa with the same pending charges?

You have to declare the charges in your application. Whether it will be an issue depends on what type of charges it would translate to based on the Canadian criminal code.
