not a very clear question ..but i think i am starting to understand what u want to say.....ur asking if u have US visa can u still apply for canada visa or not..is that right? if thats what u were asking then yes u can apply for canada visa/study permit if u have US visa on ur passport that way u will have visa for two countries .

I have applied for Canada study permit from India(home country) few days back. Since my husband is in US i will be going to US in few days. If my study permit gets approved can i get it stamped in US ? Or should i travel back to India for stamping
