Can we apply for PR inside canada?

hi,
we're a visitor here in toronto just 2 weeks ago. we came here to job-hunt then comeback before our visa expires.
Can we apply here for immigration?
Both or either one of us?
We both bachelor degree from Philippines ( BS Biology & AB Mass Communication-both 4 yrs course)

I saw at cic.gc that only caregiver can apply after landing in Canada if they found an employer who is willing to sponsor without going back to Philippines.

Any other way aside from caregiving? any inputs?

No. You have to apply from a country that you were admitted to legally for at least one year.
