Can we Apply for PR as International Student

Hello Everyone,

I am 25 years old and I hold a Masters Degree (MBA) with one year of experience in a Recruitment Company. Here in Canada, I'm studying Finance. What I have calculated my CSR score comes out to be 470. So can I apply for PR now? I worried that if I apply now then, it can affect work visas in later years.
