Can visitor's visa can convert to super visa?

I received 2 different answer you said yes another friend said no!!!
I am confused.which answer is correct!!

Just added an extra piece of information. You always have the right to try for an extension. Your question was does your mother have to leave on the date her visa has been extended to. Yes she does if you haven't extended her visa.

My mom got her Medical done already before she got here, because the Embassy requested it.
Does she need to have another Medical Exam here?

if she did medical and if is valid she doesnt have to do redo as medical is valid for one year

It's not possible. You're probably referring to an extension to the the stay on a TRV entry

As far as I have tried when I check up on eligibility for supervise for my Dad, at the end of the questionnaire, I get the message that he is eligible for extension of visitor status. My dad is on a current visit to Canada and holds a 10-yr multiple entry visa.
