I want to apply for visitor visa. At this coronavirus still going on, can i apply for a visa ?
I am in australia, plan to travel in Oct/Nov.

Purpose is tourism, but i have my brother living in winnipeg.

I am in Australia from 3.5 years and right now have 1.5 years visa left.
