Can visit visa be converted to job visa?

Is this a possible scenario that I go to Canada on visit and then If I get a job, I can convert my visit visa into work visa?

Yes - but it's usually extremely difficult.

You would need to secure a full time job offer and your employer in Canada would need to obtain an approved LMIA. You would then qualify for a work permit.

No - not possible. This isn't something an LMIA will be approved for. Make sure you don't give him any money. Sounds like a scam.
