Can travel dates be different from what is mentioned in the application form?

My aunt/uncle obtained their multi-entry visitor visa. The initial travel date plan was for a month in July. But now that the visa process has finished sooner than we thought, they are considering a 3 month trip: May through july/aug. Will CBSA question them on their dates on the application form differs from their actual travel plans?

Yes they can travel anytime. CBSA will determine how long they can stay when they enter.
