I am from Sri Lanka and I am selected for a uni in Canada and my sister and her husband sponsor me with the money they have in their joint account. Will this be a matter, when I apply for the visa? Can they use their joint account money to sponsor me?
hi you should take advise on this from a registered visa consultant, but my opinion is you can take their sponsorhip provided they write a letter the canadian consulate (a kind of notarized oath) that they will sponsor you along with their statement of funds and relationship to you...
again i would suggest using the services of a established visa consultant.
