EE is a electronic application. They may expect you to submit a notarized copy of all docs.
We may have to notarize and scan..

Copies are fine, if yo want to make sure, a normal recommendation from immigration consultants is to have any copies within your application notarized, so I will say, notarize them just to be on the safe side of things.

It's needless.
