can students appeal to the federal court of canada after refusal of student visa application?
if yes then whats the process and any fee of tribunal(court)??????

I think that's not possible , and if it were possible maybe only if you really have an extremely , extremely , extremely, good profile.

listen god is not gonaa cum here to reply you .. i have already told u there is no as such provision till nw where an student is authorise to appeal against the refusal to govermet .. spp is run by the canadian goverment so as per their clause student does not have any right to appeal against the refusal .. because visa officer makes his decision after through whole profile ...

You can appeal to the Federal Court - but expect to pay a lot in legal fees (i.e. thousands) and anticipate a very low chance of success.

Appealing only makes sense if you have a very strong case (i.e. you have been accepted by a great school and can clearly demonstrate you're really a student - and not someone who's just trying to find a way into Canada).
