My wife is college dropout. She did 12th + 1 year of Bachelors. Can I add her in my Express Entry application without her ECA done as her ECA will take another 7 to 8 months? My overall EE CRS is 431 if I say Spouse will not accompany me to Canada. If I say Spouse will accompany me to Canada, my CRS is 410. I know both the scores are irrelevant given the current high cutoff but some of the PNP require you to be in the EE pool so I am thinking from that angle.
