can someone share their time for processing of LMO in ALBERTA PLSSS help

can someone help me with time frame of processing of LMO in EDMONTON ALBERTA, my employer sent in an application for LMO last feb 1 and until now we havent heard anything from HRSDC, as far as i know we should have a file number already after a month of sending in the application, could someone pls share their time frame here thanks
