Can someone please provide me a copy of LOE. I need to provide a LOE for Employment records. I got the Reference letter from my employee but they did not mention the salary in the letter. So need to provide an LOE for the same,
I don't think there's a format as such. Just address it at the top, date it, address the person to whom it may concern, and break down the rest of the letter into clearly marked sections, with clear references to which part of the application the explanation refers to.
I am planning to write a single LOE for my PR application , I want to cover 4-5 areas of explanation.
So what is the best format to write a single LOE, is it better if I include a cover letter before I change the topic. Or should I include Contents page with page numbers for different areas.
Any suggestions pls?

I thought about it , but came to a decision that it is best to do a Master LOE. Reason being:
There is a separate section named - Vijay Kumar: Optional Documents and it has a link to Add letter of Explanation
Hence I thought , when they specifically gave this section , it is best to follow those guidelines.

Well that's what I have done, so it is easier for the officer to understand what I want to explain (+ I used the LOE dedicated placeholder to upload other documents, related to common-law partnership).
I've heard people doing both ways and all worked. I guess it depends if you need the 4MB space under "LOE" to upload other documents, if not, just put all your LOEs there.
